针对甘蔗剥叶元件在工作时具有非线性、大变形的特点,易产生根部疲劳断裂的现象,而现有的疲劳试验机无法模拟其工况,为获得剥叶元件真实的S-N曲线,以排刷结构的剥叶元件为试验对象,设计排刷式结构的专用疲劳试验机。在保证应用条件的基础上,以经济性、可靠性、便捷性为设计指导思想,以性价比高的台钻为试验机架,用八角环测力仪测量,虚拟仪器采集和处理信号,辅以自制的转轴和自行设计的控制电路,便完成了试验机的设计工作,经调试后的试验机运行证明完全符合设计要求。通过对剥叶元件在该试验机的大量试验,获得了真实的S-N曲线以及疲劳断裂失效的机理,在此基础上进行的优化设计,从根本上消除了剥叶元件根部易断裂的现象。优化后的剥叶元件平均寿命从原来的24h提高到现在的800h,从而保证了剥叶机整机性能的可靠性,也填补了排刷式结构的专用疲劳试验机空白。
Cleaning brush component of sugarcane cleaner behaves in nonlinear large deformation during working and it is easy cause fatigue damage at its root. There is no available ready-made tester to evaluate fatigue property of brush component. In this work, a tester was developed for testing fatigue property of cleaning component, a bench drill was used as its frame, the testing load was measured by an octagonal ring dynamometer, testing signals were acquired and processed by virtual instrument and the turning shaft and control circuit were self-designed. The experimental results showed that this machine functioned well for testing the fatigue property of brush component. With many tests, fatigue S-N curve of brush component was calculated and the mechanism of fatigue fracture was analyzed. Based on the results, the geometric structure of cleaning brush component was optimized, which could increases fatigue life from 24 h to 800 h averagely and improves the reliability of sugarcane cleaner.
