目的探讨MSCT Volume软件在肺容积测定的应用价值,并分析肺容积指标与肺功能(PET)指标的相关性。方法选择志愿者35例,在一周内完成CT检查及PET检查。分别在最大吸气末和呼气末CT扫描全肺,用Volume软件测定全肺容积。应用SPSS 17.0软件对全肺容积及PET结果进行统计学分析。结果平均最大吸气末肺容积Vin:(5 050.60±963.85)cm^3,平均最大呼气末肺容积Vex:(2 436.11±903.25)cm^3,(Vin-Vex):(2 826.52±943.16)cm^3;PET测得的残气量(RV):(1 824.23±748.25)cm^3,肺总量(TLC)为(5 692.80±748.25)cm^3,用力肺活量(FVC):(4 502.25±448.25)cm^3;Vin与TLC之间有显著相关性(r=0.95,P〈0.01),Vex与RV之间有良好的相关性(r=0.73,P〈0.01),Vex/Vin与RV/TLC的相关性(r=0.76,P〈0.01),(Vin-Vex)与FVC的相关性(r=0.80,P〈0.01)。结论MSCT Volume软件能简便、准确测量肺容积,肺容积指标与肺功能数据有很好的相关性,可为临床检测患者肺功能提供一种新的有效方法。
Objective To study the value of volume of software of MSCT in measuring pulmonary volume of lung volume,and evaluate the reference value of MSCT pulmonary function parameter. Methods Thirty-five volunteers who were undergone PET and chest MSCT in a week were enrolled in our study. The lung volumes were measured by Volume software based on the images acquired at inspiration phase and expiration phase,and the correlation between them and the results of pulmonary function tests was analyzed. Results The mean values of lung at full inspiratory volume( Vin) and full expiratory volume( Vex) on MSCT were( 5050. 60 ± 963. 85) cm^3and( 2436. 11 ± 903. 25) cm^3,Vin-Vex was( 2826. 52 ± 943. 16) cm^3,meanwhile,residual volume( RV),total lung capacity( TLC) and forced vital capacity( FVC) were( 1824. 23 ± 748. 25) cm^3,( 5692. 80 ± 748.25) cm^3and( 4502. 25 ± 448. 25) cm^3. Vin was in positive correlation with TLC and Vex was also in positive correlation with RV,as well as Vin-Vex with FVC and Vex / Vin with RV / TLC. Conclusions It is a simple,accurate method estimated by volume software supplied by MSCT for measuring pulmonary volume,pulmonary volume measurement has good correlation with PET,providing an objective basis in clinical diagnosis.
