利用变形椭圆齿轮的非匀速传动且传动比可调范围大的特点,将其作为后插旋转式分插机构的传动部件并形成了一种新型分插机构,该机构形成的插秧穴口更小,更有利于保证秧苗的直立性。对该机构进行了运动学分析和数学建模,并利用VB语言开发了变形椭圆齿轮分插机构动态仿真和参数优化软件,该软件能够显示出优化参数、优化目标和主要结构参数,并将优化结果数字化。通过人机交互方式,优化出一组满足插秧要求的机构参数。
With the transmission characteristics of non-uniform velocity transmission and the wide range of transmission ratio for deformable elliptical gears,a new type of rotary transplanting mechanism was designed.It was used as the main transmission part of the transplanting mechanism.The new transplanting mechanism could develop the narrower plant hole so that upright growth of rice seedlings could be ensured.Secondly,the work principle of the proposed mechanism was analyzed and the kinematic model was established.Dynamic simulation and parameter optimization software were developed with VB language.The optimized parameters,optimized objections and main structure parameters were displayed in this software.Meanwhile,the optimized results were digitized.By the interaction in human-computer,the best structural parameters were obtained to satisfy the work requirement of the rice transplanter.
