目的:观察Photofrin对小鼠光毒性的病理学改变。方法:将100只小鼠随机分为5组,其中3组为Photofrin光照组,2组为对照组。Photofrin光照组小鼠分别尾静脉注射10mg/kg、5mg/kg和2.5mg/kg的Photofrin,对照组小鼠尾静脉注射5%葡萄糖注射液,模拟日光照射,分别于给药后24h和第15天对背部去毛区、耳朵、尾巴皮肤,肝脏、肾脏等进行病理组织学检查。结果:Photofrin光照组小鼠耳朵皮肤可见明显的鳞状上皮增生,其中Photofrin 10mg/kg光照组背部去毛区皮肤表面可见鳞状上皮乳头状增生、炎细胞聚集。结论:Photofrin能增强小鼠皮肤光毒性的损伤。
Objective :To observe the pathomorphology change of mice with the phototoxicity by Photofrin. Methods :To administrate the drug-treated group micewith Photofrin 10 mg/kg,5 mg/kg,2.5 mg/kg by tail vein injection and the control group 5% glucose solution.At the second day and the fifteenth day,the back exposed skin,ear skin,tail,liver and kidney of mice were sampled to observe the pathomorphology change after the mice were exposed to the simulated sunlight.Results:The skin of mouse ear took on an obvious proliferation of the swuamous epithelium,the back skin of administration Photofrin 10 mg/kg mice took on an obvious papillary proliferation of the swuamous epithelium and the conglomeration of the proinflammatory cells on the skin surface.Conclusion:Photofrin enhances the phototoxicity on the mice.
