英文摘要：

Based on the field survey materials, this paper summarizes the major models of multi-channel provisions of rural public goods, and explores its determinants from the perspectives of policy and institution. It shows that policy and institutional factors have important effects on the multi-channel provisions of rural public goods. The se policy and institutional factors include policy discrimination, unreasonable policy interventions, insufficient fiscal support policy, and shortage of financial channel and deficient thing- based decision （Yi Shi Yi Yi） policy.
