汽车车架作为汽车连结各种零部件的基体,承载着来自路面和其他部件的各种复杂载荷的作用,其刚度与强度对汽车整体设计起到重要作用。对车架进行改型设计是产品优化改进的一个重要部分。采用CATIA对车架进行三维建模,基于HyperW orks对车架进行结构特性分析,模拟其弯曲、扭转工况,从而得到不同工况下的应力及位移值,利用模态分析得出其结构的模态频率。通过对比改型前后的结构特性数据,为车架改型的可行性提供理论依据与支持。
As a basic part linking component in the vehicle,it carries the complex load coming from the road and other parts.It is important to consider the stiffness and strength of the frame in the overall design.Modification design of the frame is a big part of a vehicle optimization and improvement.The three-dimensional model was made by CATIA.The bending and torsion condition of the frame were simulated by the HyperWorks,and the stress and displacement of the frame were obtained.The modal frequency was obtained by modal analysis with HyperWorks.The structure characteristics of the frame and the modified model were studied.The results support the modification feasibility.
