针对高强度钢在汽车轻量化中应用的实际情况,通过单向拉伸试验与弯曲成型试验,对普通汽车车身覆盖件用钢与高强度钢的基本力学性能、冲压成型性能进行了对比分析,并以简单V形件为对象,结合有限元软件Dynaform进行弯曲回弹数值模拟分析。结果表明:高强度钢的塑性及成型性能比普通低碳钢差,但回弹量对弯曲角度的敏感性高于普通钢,可以通过选取合适成型角度及相应成型工艺改善高强度钢的回弹量,此外,数值模拟是一种预测材料回弹量的非常有效的技术手段。
According to application of high-strength steel in auto industry,we made a comparative analysis for basic mechanical properties and press forming performance of the ordinary automobile steel and high-strength steel through tensile test and bending test.As simple V-pieces for objects,based on the bending experiments,using finite element software(Dynaform),numerical simulation of bending spring was analysed.The results showed that high-strength steel forming properties and the plastic were worse than those of the ordinary steel,but the rebound rate on bending angle was more sensitive than that on ordinary steel,you could select the appropriate angle and the corresponding high-strength steel molding process to improve the resilience volume,in addition,numerical simulation was a very effective techniques for predicting the material springback amount.
