以焦作无烟煤为研究对象,采用自制高低温解吸装置,对-40,-30,-20,-10,0,20,30℃下煤的瓦斯解吸规律进行模拟测试,研究低温环境下煤的瓦斯解吸特性.结果表明:低温环境下,温度对解吸量影响显著,温度越低解吸量越小;压力对解吸量影响显著,压力越低解吸量越小;粒径越大解吸量越小,但存在极限粒径.低温取芯可以有效地降低环境温度,降低瓦斯压力,并能够保证煤体的完整性,从而显著减少取芯过程中瓦斯的损失量,提高煤层瓦斯含量测定的准确性.
In this paper,taking Jiaozuo anthracite as the research object,its gas desorption is tested in the temperature environment of-40 ℃,-30℃,-20 ℃,-10 ℃,0 ℃,20 ℃ and 30 ℃ by a self-made high-low temperature desorption device.The results showed that:at low temperature (0 ℃ below),temperature has a significant effect on the desorption quantity,the lower the temperature,the smaller the desorption quantity; the pressure has significant effects on the desorption quantity too,the lower the pressure,the smaller the desorption quantity; the larger the particle size,the smaller the desorption,but exists quantity limit size.Lower temperature coring can effectively reduce ambient temperature and the gas pressure,and can guarantee the integrity of coal.Thusly,it significantly reduces the loss amount and improves the accuracy of gas content determination.
