研究有限长的转子滑动轴承,转子在油膜的作用下产生油膜力,对静态非线性的状态下转子的垂直方向(y方向)和水平方向(x方向)的受力情况进行油膜力分析,同时建立转子轴承非线性动力学模型。结合非线性动力学理论和数值计算方法,获得了油膜力与结构参数变化的图形关系以及偏心率与smmerfeld无量纲综合载荷系数的图形关系,获得稳定的临界转速。获得结果:滑动轴承结构参数的改变对油膜力有较大的影响,分段插值和正交表获得了一组合适的数据,同时结合图形分析其轴承运行的稳定性,获得的数据是合理的。
