由于制造工艺和材料的影响,不可避免造成转子质量偏心。建立带有偏心质量的转子动力学模型,基于Time-marching分析方法分析质量偏心对转子系统动态特性的影响。结果表明:由于质量偏心,转子系统稳定后,收敛到一个区域而非一点,且随偏心质量和质量偏心距的增加稳定系统的振幅随之增加。
Because of the influence of manufacturing process and material, the mass eccentricity of rolor is inevitable. In this paper, dynamic model of hydrodynamic bearing rotor system with eccentric mass iks established, influence of the mass eccentricity upon the dynamic characteristics of rotor system is analyzed based on the Time-marching analysis methods. The resuhs show that under rotor system stability, the convergence is not a point but a region because of the eccentric mass; and the am- plitude of stable system is increased with increasing of the eccentric mass and the mass eccentricity.
