目的 研究猫爪草的化学成分。方法 经柱色谱分离,理化常数和光谱分析鉴定化合物结构。结果 从乙酸乙酯部分得到5个化合物,分别为7—O-甲基圣草酚(Ⅰ);对羟基苯甲酸甲酯(Ⅱ);3-[(4-O-D-葡萄糖基)-苯基]-2-丙烯酸(Ⅲ);3-[(3-羟基)-(4-O-D-葡萄糖基)-苯基]-2-丙烯酸(Ⅳ);β-D-葡萄糖(Ⅴ)。结论 Ⅰ-Ⅳ系首次从毛茛属中得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the constituents in the roots of Ranunculus ternatus, METHODS Column chromatography was used to separate constituents whose structures were elucidated by ESI-MS, NMR spectral data and hydrolysis method. RESULTS Five compounds were isolated and elucidated as stembin( Ⅰ ), methylparaben( Ⅱ ), 3-[ (4-O-D-glucopyranosyl)-phenyl]-2-propenoic acid( Ⅲ ), linocaffein (Ⅳ) and β-D-glucose( Ⅴ ). CONCLUSION Compound Ⅰ - Ⅳ are isolated from Ranunculus genus for the first time.
