Solar energy development and utilization is the future trend of energy development,but it is difficult to overcome all the problems in the development of the industry by reling entirely on market mechanism,so public finance and taxation policy support is needed.This paper analyzes the solar energy industry polies in united states,Germany,Japan and China form the mandatory,voluntary and mixed types of policy tools perspective.It also explores analysis of the main problems facing the development of domestic solar energy industry,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions as to how to improve the domestic solar energy industry development.
