基于面板数据模型和误差修正模型,分析了山东省各地市R＆D投入与经济增长之间的关系。研究结果表明,山东省各地市的R＆D经费投入和R＆D人员投入对经济增长的影响作用存在长期均衡关系。并且,大部分地市的R＆D经费和R＆D人员投入的短期波动会对经济增长产生短期波动影响。因此,提升R＆D投入是加速山东省各地市经济增长的有效途径。在此基础上利用层次聚类分析的方法对山东省进行了经济区域划分并进行了对比分析。分析发现,高产出地区的经济增长更多地依靠R＆D投入,且低产出地区的R＆D投入与高产出地区存在很多差距,所以,低产出地区的地市应该更加注重加大R＆D投入力度。

英文摘要：

The relationships between R＆D Input and the economic growth of Shandong province are studied, with panel data model and error correction model. The research results suggest that the influence of R＆D input to economic growth of cities in Shandong province exists long-term equilibrium on the whole. And the short waves of RInD input influence the economic growth effectively in most cities. On the basis, after dividing the Shandong province into two regions by the hierarchical cluster analysis and doing the comparative analysis, it points out that the economic growth of ＂high output＇region is dependent on R＆D input more, and the R＆D input of ＂low output＂ region exists a large gap with ＂high output＂ region. Therefore, the ＂low output＂ region should in- crease the R＆D input.
