分析了2009年春季(5月)渤海辽东湾网采浮游植物物种组成,丰度分布,生物多样性指数及群落相似性。春季共鉴定出浮游植物3门23属32种,主要隶属硅藻门和甲藻门,生态类型多为温带近岸型和广布型种类,少部分为暖海性物种或大洋性物种。优势种有夜光藻(Noctilucascientillans)、翼鼻状藻(Probosciaalata)、旋链角毛藻(Chaetoceroscurvisetus)、巨圆筛藻(Coscinodiscusgigas)和尖刺伪菱形藻(Pseudo—nitzsehiapungens)等。浮游植物在各站位的细胞丰度分布不均匀,其平面分布呈现由沿岸海域向海湾中部海域递减的趋势。Shannon—Wiener指数、Pielou指数较低,群落结构简单,稳定性较差。聚类分析结果表明群落之间的相似性较高。

英文摘要:

The species composition, distribution of cell abundance, community diversity and similarity of net-phytoplankon in Liaodong Bay in spring (May) of 2009 were analyzed. A total of 32 taxa which belong to 23 genera of 3 phyla were identified in the survey area. The majority of species were neritic and cosmopolitan in tem- perate coastal seas, while the minority were oceanic warm water or oceanic species. The phytoplankton community was mainly composed of Bacillariophyta and Dinophyta. The dominant species include Noctiluca scientillans, Proboscia alata, Chaetoceros curvisetus, Coscinodiscus gigas and Pseudo-nitzschia pungens etc. The cell abun- dance of net-phytoplankton was nonuniform and the horizontal distribution showed a decline trend from the coastal areas to the center of the bay. The Shannon-Wiener index and Pielou evenness index were low and the community structure was unsteady. The result of cluster analysis indicated that the phytoplankton community similarity was relatively high.
