分析了2009年春季(5月)渤海辽东湾水样的浮游植物物种组成,群落结构及其与环境因子的相关性。春季共鉴定出浮游植物4门43属83种,且多为广温性近岸种或温带沿岸种。硅藻在种类和数量上占绝对优势。优势种有旋链角毛藻(Chaetoceros curvisetus)、骨条藻(Skeletonemasp.)、诺氏海链藻(Thalassiosira nordenski ldii)、新月柱鞘藻(Cylindrotheca closterium)等。浮游植物表层各站位细胞丰度分布不均匀,主要与旋链角毛藻在个别站位生物量较大有关。细胞丰度在垂直方向呈现随水深增加而递减趋势。香农-威纳指数、Pielou均匀度指数较低,群落结构稳定性较差。浮游植物细胞丰度与盐度成强负相关(P〈0.01),与温度成强正相关(P〈0.01),与浊度成弱正相关(P〈0.05)。
The species composition,community structure and relationship between cell abundance and environmental factors in Liaodong Bay in spring(May) of 2009 were analyzed.A total of 83 taxa in 43 genera of 4 phyla were identified by the Uterm hl method.Most of the species were eurythermal near shore or temperate alongshore.Diatoms reign supreme in variety and quantity.The dominant species include Chaetoceros curvisetus,Skeletonema sp.,Thalassiosira nordenskildii,Cylindrotheca closterium,and Rhizosolenia styliformis.Distribution of the cell abundance of surface layer phytoplankton is non-uniform,mainly because of the large biomass of Chaetoceros curvisetus in some stations.The cell abundance shows a decline trend as the increase of depth of water in the vertical direction.The Shannon-Wiener index,Pielou evenness index are low and the community structure is relatively unsteady.There is a strong negative correlation between cell abundance and salinity(P0.01),a strong positive correlation between cell abundance and temperature(P0.01) and a weak positive correlation between cell abundance and troubling(P0.05).
