中药四气又称四性,就是寒热温凉四种药性.近年来,已有少数专家对中药四气、五味、归经与有效成分之间关系进行了研究,但是有关心血管毒性和中药药性方面的研究却很少见.本文主要参考前人有关中药药性与心血管不良反应之间关系的研究,对几种在药性方面明确并具有代表性的中药进行综述,以期为中药药性在心血管毒性方面的研究作出贡献.

The medicinal properties of traditional Chinese medicine means cold,cool,hot and warm.In recent years,there have been a few experts who researched relationship between medicinal properties of traditional Chinese medicine and the effective components,but the researches between traditional Chinese medicine and the medicinal properties of cardiovascular toxicity are rare.This paper main refer to the previous medicinal properties of traditional Chinese medicine about cardiovascular untoward effect,summarizing some of representative and properties specific of the Chinese traditional medicine in order to make a contribution to the research the relationship traditional Chinese medicinal properties in cardiovascular toxicity.
