平面投影为四边形的六杆四面体单元是一种几何不变体系,由此集合组成的球面网壳构造简单,杆件数和节点数相对较少,且能起到双层网壳的作用.本文着重研究了半刚接半铰接球面网壳的节点构造,上、下弦采用梁单元,选用带法兰盘的焊接空心球连接;腹杆采用杆单元,选用耳板连接.为便于在工厂工业化加工制作六杆四面体单元,以及在现场高空悬臂安装网壳结构,提出了一种能重复使用的工具式A型拼装架及安装工序.与此同时,详细给出了在网壳自重作用下,与安装工序对应的装配化施工全过程内力分析,文中并附有算例说明。
The six-bar tetrahedral unit with quadrilateral horizontal projection is a kinematically determinate assembly. The spherical lattice shell composed of that has a rather simple configuration, and can perform like a double-layer lattice shell with fewer members and joints. The construction details of the nodal joints of the lattice shell, in which the upper and lower chord members are designed as beam elements and web members as bar elements, are discussed. The chord members are connected by welded hollow spheres with flanges, and the web members are pinned to the joints with ear plates. A reusable A- shaped installing frame is developed to realize the industrialized production and prefabricated construction of the lattice shell, with a detailed installation procedure proposed simultaneously. A static analysis of the whole construction process, under the shell's self-weight, is carried out to provide the internal forces of every step during construction. A numerical example is illustrated.
