六杆四面体单元组成的球面网壳是一种适应建筑工业化需求的新型空间结构体系.基于一个10m跨度的大型实物模型,对这种新型网壳结构进行了装配化施工的实践研究.模型的六杆四面体单元全部预先加工完成,再按照拟定的施工方案,以其为基本单位进行安装,并对安装过程中出现的问题进行了总结和分析.模型安装完成后,利用全站仪测得所有节点坐标,并利用测得坐标重建有限元模型,通过与设计模型的静力计算结果进行比较,从理论角度分析了安装误差对结构静力特性的影响.本文工作能为这种新型球面网壳的工程实践提供一定的指导。
The spherical lattice shell composed of six-bar tetrahedral units is a novel space structural system which is suitable for building industrialization. Practice research of the prefabricated construction of the lattice shell is carried out in this paper based on a 10m-span large-scale experimental model. The six-bar tetrahedral modular units are manufactured in the factory and installed on site according to the construction scheme, with the problems emerging in the construction summarized. The nodal joint coordinates of the model is measured with a total station, and the finite element model can be rebuilt with the test results. Comparisons between the static calculation results of the real model and the design model are made, based on which the influence of the construction error can be estimated. The work is expected to provide some guidance for the engineering practice of the spherical lattice shell.
