在变速器故障诊断过程中,现场数据采集是首要解决的问题;主要利用NI公司的数据采集卡PCI-4474和PCI-6601来完成振动信号和转速信号的采集;在采集程序设置中,振动信号和转速信号采集的数据同步实现是要解决的关键技术之一,同时对采集程序的主控实现问题进行了较为系统的研究,提出了用PCI-6601板卡主控PCI-4474采集的解决方案,配置了变速器故障诊断软硬件平台及软件应用系统;该系统已经成功应用于工业现场数据采集,取得了较好的效果,为有效地进行振动分析提供了保障。
In completing the process of transmission fault diagnosis, data acquisition is the primary problem. By using NI' s data acqui- sition card PCI - 4474 and PCI - 6601 , the acquisitions of vibration and tachos signals are completed. In the setting of data acquisition pro- gram, the data synchronization of vibration and tachos signals is the one of the key technologies to solve, meanwhile the master implementa- tion of collection procedures is studied more systematically, proposed the solutions by which the PCI - 6601 acquisition card masters the PCI - 4474 card, a hardware--software system and software application are configured for transmission fault diagnosis. The system has been suc- cessfully applied to data acquisition in industrial field and has a good effect, providing a guarantee for the vibration analysis effectively.
