如何准确测量生产检测线产品的振动信号是在线智能检测与故障诊断的难点问题.提出了一种振动加速度传感器自动化弹压机构设计和控制方法.该机构由双速气缸、传感器弹性支架、吸震橡胶球、振动传感器和逻辑控制程序组成,准确的壳体弹压位置通过传感器测点位置分析评价软件测评确定.该方法可以实现振动传感器的多次重复位置准确测量,已经应用于汽车变速器质量检测线的综合性能试验台,实现了对新装配汽车变速器振动信号的数据采集,为在线故障诊断提供了准确的变速器壳体振动数据.
How to accurately measure the vibration signal of the production test line product is a difficult problem for on-line intelligent detection and fault diagnosis. It presents a method for vibration acceleration sensor automation compaction mechanism design and control. The mechanism consists of a two-speed cylinder, sensor flexibility bracket, shock-absorbing rubber ball, acceleration sensor and logic control procedures. Accurate suppress position of sensor is chosen by measuring point location analysis and evaluation~ The vibration sensor can be compacted for accurately repeat measuring, which has been integrated into test bench of automotive transmission quality inspection line, and provides accurate transmission vibration data for online fanlt diagnosis system.
