通过连续5个月对松嫩草地碱蒿生境中小型土壤动物群落的调查研究,结果表明,各月优势类群均属于蛛形纲的螨类。优势类群多度为6月〉5月〉9月〉8月〉7月。常见类群多度变化趋势与优势类群相反。中小型土壤动物类群数和个体数随月份变化趋势不同,类群数7月〉6月〉9月〉8月〉5月,个体数6月〉9月〉7月〉8月〉5月。主要类群中蛛形纲和昆虫纲的密度变化动态基本一致,呈上升-下降-上升的趋势;其他纲密度呈先降后升的变化趋势。土壤动物的分布具有表聚性,8月和9月类群数出现20-30cm〉10-20cm的现象,7月和9月个体数出现20-30cm〉10-20cm的现象。7月中小型土壤动物群落Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H)、Pieluo均匀性指数(E)和Menhinick丰富度指数(D)最大,6月和8月H指数和E指数相对较低,Simpson优势度指数(C)与H指数的变化趋势相反。各月份中小型土壤动物群落相似性指数均小于0.50。研究结果表明碱蒿生境中小型土壤动物群落的动态变化较明显。
Soil meso- and micro- fauna communities of Artemisia anethiyolia habitat were researched in five months on Songnen grassland. The results show that the dominant groups are mites. Dominant groups abundance is 〉June 〉May 〉September 〉August〉 July. The change trend of common groups abundance is instead to the dominant groups. The change trends of group and individual numbers are different. The number of groups is July〉 June〉 September〉 August〉 May and the number of individual is June September July August May. Dynamic changes in the density of Arachnida and Insecta show up- down- up trend; the other class density shows a trend of decreasing first and then rising. The distribution of soil animal has surface accumulation,the number of groups occurs 20- 30cm 10- 20cm in August and September and the number of individual occurs20- 30cm 10- 20cm in July and September. Shannon- Wiener diversity index( H),Pieluo evenness index( E) and Menhinick richness index( D) are maximum in July,H index and E index are relatively low in June and August. Simpson dominance index( C) shows a reverse trend to H index. Similarity index of soil meso- and micro- fauna communities are less than 0. 50. The results show that the dynamic change of soil meso- and micro- fauna communities is significant in Artemisia anethiyolia habitat.
