本文建立了超声辅助离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑乙基硫酸盐液一液萃取荧光光谱法测定人血清及药物样品中延胡索乙素含量的新方法。结果表明,在pH=7.0,T=25℃,超声频率40kHZ,超声功率50w,λcn/λcm=279/330nm条件下,延胡索乙素荧光强度与浓度在15.0~1500.0ng/mL范围内呈线性关系,相关系数r=0.9993,检出限(s/N=3)为9.0ng/mL,相对标准偏差为2.4%(c=150.0ng/mL,n=3)。将此法用于人血清样品及药物中延胡索乙素含量的测定并与色谱法比较,结果较好。
A new analytical method based on ultrasonic assisted ionic liquid(1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium ethyl sulfate) extraction, was developed for the determination of tetrahydropalmatine in human serum and drug samples. Under the optimal conditions(pH = 7.0, T=25 ℃, ultrasonic frequency= 40 kHz, ultrasonic power= 50 W,λcx/λcm = 279 nm/330 nm), the standard curve of tetrahydropalmatine was linear in the concentration range of 15. 0-1 500. 0 ng/mL. The linear correlation coefficient was 0. 9993, detection limit was 9.0 ng/mL(S/N=3),and relative standard deviation(RSD) was 2.4% (c=150.0 ng/mL,n = 3). The extraction mechanism was studied and the method was successfully used in the determination of tetrahydropalmatine in human serum and drug samples, and the result were compared with HPLC method with satisfactory results.
