主轴磁通作为高速电主轴机电能量转换的唯一媒介,在高速电主轴的运行过程中,磁通的大小和稳定性将决定主轴的转矩输出能力和转速差的大小,是高速电主轴设计与控制的重要参数。因此为了保证高速电主轴运行时主轴的磁通恒定不变,从高速电主轴的稳态性能出发,根据高速电主轴电路等效的基本思想和变频调速原理,论述主轴在U/f控制下低频运行时磁通减弱的原因,并推导出确保磁通恒定的电压补偿公式。在此基础上,通过转差频率将电磁转矩与主轴的转速差联系起来,导出转速差与电磁转矩、定子电流之间的关系式,作为主轴频率变化时磁通是否恒定的依据。结果表明,在U/f控制下,按电压补偿公式进行电压补偿后,主轴的转矩输出能力不受频率变化的影响;通过空载电流对磁通的稳定性判断与理论分析相符;主轴转速对径向圆跳动量的影响直接反映了主轴运行过程中磁通的脉动程度、转矩的控制精度以及主轴的动平衡特性。
The spindle flux,as the sole medium for the electromechanical energy conversion in the high speed motorized spindle,is a significant factor in the high speed motorized spindle design and control,because the degree of spindle output torque and speed difference are determined by the degree and stability of flux when the high speed motorized spindle is running.In order to maintain a constant high speed motorized spindle flux,the causes of flux weakening when the spindle is operated in the U/f control mode with low frequencies are discussed,based on the thought of equivalent circuit of high speed spindle and the principle of frequency control,thus the voltage compensation formula is put forward with the aim to keep constant flux;on this basis,the electromagnetic torque is linked with the spindle speed difference through the slip frequency,and the relationship among the speed difference,the electromagnetic torque and the stator current is deduced,which is used to judge whether the spindle flux is stable or not.The results show that the spindle's capacity of output torque is not affected by frequency changes when the spindle voltage is compensated in the U/f control mode,and that the judgment of flux stability through no-load current is consistent with the theoretical analysis.The influence of the spindle speed on radial runout directly reflects the degree of flux fluctuation,the torque control precision,and the balancing characteristic of the spindle in the operating process.
