运用有限体积法和有限元法,基于平均流量模型和Greenwood/Tripp接触模型,计入整机体和曲轴变形,对船用MAN6S50MC-C型柴油机的主轴承混合润滑进行研究。结果表明:基于整个柔性机体的模型较单轴承座模型分析得到的最大油膜压力、最大接触压力减小,最小油膜厚度增加,端泄流量减少,摩擦功耗降低,说明整个机体的协调变形有助于载荷均衡。整机体模型中,摩擦接触位置上下瓦均有发生,说明轴承上下瓦耐磨性需同时加强。
Based on the average flow model and Greenwood/Tripp contact model,mixed lubrication performances of main bearings of MAN 6SSOMC-C diesel engine were researched with finite volume method and finite element method ,by considering the deformation of whole block and crankshaft. The results show that under the whole flexible block model, maximum oil film pressure and maximum peak contact pressure are decreased, while minimum oil film thickness is in- creased, end discharge and friction power loss are decreased, compared with single bearing seat model. Therefore coordina- tion deformation of whole block is favorable to mean load. In the whole block model ,friction contact happens on both upper shell and lower shell positions. So, wearing resistance of both upper and lower shells must be enhanced simultaneously.
