运用CMS模态综合法建立柔性曲轴和柔性整机体模型,基于Greenwood/Tripp微凸峰接触理论和质量守恒边界条件的广义Reynolds方程,建立了二者耦合下的船用柴油机主轴承的热弹性流体动力混合润滑模型,并经试验间接验证.同时计算表明:周期内发生混合润滑为常态,完全液动润滑为瞬态;只有空穴、轴颈向心/离心运动、油膜压力突变同时存在时空穴才极有可能发生;因端泄能量散失占总能量散失的80%多,油膜出口温度可作为监控轴承润滑的重要参数;8个轴承基本满足润滑设计要求,但有2个轴承工况相对较差,亟须优化.
Flexible whole engine block and flexible crankshaft are built by CMS method.Under coupling between them,based on the generalized Reynolds considering mass-conserving boundary condition and Greenwood/Tripp asperity contact theory,Thermo-elastic-hydrodynamic mixed lubrication model of main bearings of marine diesel engines is developed and validated indirectly.Simultaneously,calculation shows that mixed lubrication is normalcy,while full hydrodynamic film lubrication is transient.Cavitation erosion becomes a very real possibility only when cavitations,centripetal or centrifugal movement of crankshaft and suddent change of film pressure gradient occur simultaneously.As oil leakage dissipated power is more than 80 percent of the whole dissipated power,outlet film temperature can be a key parameter for monitoring journal bearing lubrication.8 pieces of bearings meet the requirement of lubrication basically,but work condition of two of the bearings is worse and they need be optimized furthermore.
