温经汤对持续光照雌性大鼠卵巢周期的调节作用

目的:观察温经汤对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)大鼠模型卵巢功能紊乱的调节作用。方法:通过对雌性sD大鼠16周持续光照诱导表现多囊卵巢(PCO)状态(light/light,LL),治疗组从12周起开始连续5周温经汤灌胃治疗(light/light+wJT,LL+wJT),16周采用每日阴道涂片观察卵巢周期变化;比较治疗组与对照组卵巢病理、子宫重量,血清雌二醇(Estradiol,E2)、睾酮(T)水平。结果:LL组大鼠卵巢动情周期消失,卵巢病理出现大量囊状扩张卵泡,颗粒细胞层减少;LL+wJT可以增加卵巢动情周期,提高血清E:水平同时降低T水平,减少卵巢和子宫重量;病理表现卵巢颗粒细胞层增加,可见排卵前卵泡。结论:温经汤对在持续光照环境下造成的卵巢周期紊乱具有改善作用,纠正卵巢多囊性变(PCO)病理失调状态。

英文摘要:

Objective:To observe the regulating effect of Wenjing decoction on ovarian dysfunction in rats with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). The female SD rats were induced to the status of polycystic ovary (PCO) under 16 weeks of continuous illumination(light/light, LL) ; from the beginning of the 12th week, the treat- ment group was intervened with Wenjing decoction for five weeks( light/light + WJT, LL + WJT). During the 16th week, daily vaginal smears were performed on all rats to observe their ovary cycle changes. Ovarian pa- thology, uterine weight, serum levels of estradiol (E2) and testosterone (T) were compared between the treat- ment group( LL + WJT) and the control group(LL). Results: In LL group, ovarian estrous cycle disappeared in rats, a large amount of cystic follicles emerged, and granular cell layer reduced on ovarian pathology mani- festations. In LL + WJT group, ovarian estrous cycles and serum levels of E2 was increased, and the levels of T was decreased, ovary weight and uterus weight were both reduced, the ovarian granular cell layers were in- creased and preovulatory follicles could be found. Conclusion:Wenjing decoction can improve the ovarian cy- cle disorders induced by light/light, and correct the pathological disorders of PCO.
