无功电压调节手段既包括连续变量(发电机、调相机等),也包括离散变量(电容器、电抗器、有载调压分接头等),在自动电压控制过程中二者的协调体现在厂站内部和厂站之间2个层面。文中提出了“离散设备优先动作,连续设备精细调节”的原则。重点研究了变电站内部的协调电压控制问题,提出了“集中控制+电压无功控制备用”的变电站控制模式。在控制策略的求解上,首先基于专家规则得到无功调节方向,然后基于控制灵敏度在离散设备与连续设备之间进行无功分配。该成果已在国内多个网、省级电网控制中心得到实际应用。
Reactive power/voltage regulation problems include continuous variables (for example, Mvar powers of generators and condensers) and discrete variables (i. e., capacitors, reactors, OLTCs, and so on). In Automatic Voltage Control (AVC), coordination of continuous and discrete variables must be considered inside one substation or among power plants and substations, A coordination strategy--" discrete variables are firstly adjusted, continuous variable is followed by secondary refined adjustment" is presented. A centralized control mode, which uses local VQC devices as backup controllers, is designed to solve voltage coordination problems inside one substation. For each substation, the regulating direction of reactive sources is determined by expert rules firstly, then total Mvar output required is allocated between continuous variables and discrete variables according to sensitivity analysis. The proposed approach has been implemented in several regional and provincial power grids in China. The application results have validated the efficiency and practicability of the proposed method.
