目前很少有实验或者仿真研究大型光伏系统对电弧检测的影响。当系统产生电弧故障时,光伏组件等模块可能对电弧产生衰减,这会让故障检测更加困难。为了模拟电弧信号沿着光伏串传播,这里利用PSIM软件中的C BOCLK模块捕捉电弧高频信号的特性,并且在PSIM环境中搭建光伏系统等效模型。光伏电池由于辐射、温度、频率和偏置电压呈现出非线性的特征,这让搭建等效模型变得困难。分析了电弧电流特性,搭建等效模型,研究了电缆对电弧信号衰减是否产生影响。最后理论分析和仿真结果证明了会产生衰减。
When an arc fault occurs in the system,modules such as PV modules may attenuate the arc,making arc fault more difficult to detect.This paper analyzes the characteristics of arc current,builds equivalent model,and studies the influence of cable on the arc signal attenuation.Finally,theoretical analysis and simulation results show that there will be attenuated.
