利用苯乙烯作为液相,超声剥离鳞片石墨,在石墨烯片层表面引发苯乙烯原位聚合,最终得到聚苯乙烯修饰的石墨烯片层。为测试该功能化石墨烯的填充效果,通过溶液共混的方法制得功能化石墨烯聚苯乙烯复合材料。测试表明:功能化石墨烯片层能够均匀稳定地分散于聚苯乙烯基体中,且经功能化石墨烯增强的聚苯乙烯复合材料的热稳定性、拉伸性能以及动态力学性能均有所提高。
In this paper, we stripped flaky graphite in a liquid of styrene with ultrasonic, and the in-situ polymerization of styrene was initiated on the surface of graphene layer, the graphene layers modified by polystyrene were finally obtained. Meanwhile, polystyrene and functionalized graphene composites were obtained with the solution blending method. It is shown that functional graphene can steadily and uniformly dispersed in the polystyrene, and polystyrene composites enhanced by functional graphene made a difference to its thermal sta bility, tensile property and dynamic mechanical property.
