使用自行设计、间歇运行方式的反应器对载体进行挂膜试验。反应器采用排泥挂膜法,运行至第8天即可完成挂膜。将挂膜成功后的生物膜载体用于对重金属Cu2+的吸附,并考察了在不同pH、温度、吸附时间和初始Cu2+含量条件下,生物膜对Cu2+吸附效果的影响。结果表明,在pH为5~6时,生物膜对Cu2+的吸附效果最好;温度对吸附过程影响较大,在20℃时,生物膜对其吸附量达到最大;吸附过程耗时短,40min可达到平衡;Cu2+初始质量浓度为O~20mg/L时,生物膜对Cu2+有较好的去除率,过高的Cu2+毒害生物膜,影响吸附过程。
Using a self-designed, intermittent operation of the reactor to cultivate biofilm. The discharging the surplus sludge biofllm method was used for the reactor and the biofilm was successfully formed in the eighth day. The mature biofllm was used for the adsorption of heavy metal Cu2+. The influence of pH, temperature, adsorption time and the initial ion concentration of Cu2+ on biofilm adsorbing Cu2+ was studied. The results show that the adsorption of Cu2+ could be high when the pH during 5.-6 and temperature was at 20 ℃. The time of sorption for Cu2+ by biofilm was fast, after 40 rain reach adsorption equilibrium. The initial metal ion concentration of Cu2+ within 0~20 mg/L, the removal rate of Cu2+ through biofilm sorption was best, but the high concentration ofCu2+ would poison the biofilm and the process of adsorption would be affected.
