对空心圆柱形金属橡胶材料做静态实验,通过参数识别与曲线拟合,得到了仅成型密度或形状因子变化及成型密度或形状因子两种影响因素都发生变化三种情况下的材料本构关系的理论预估关系式,对这三个理论预估关系式进行对比,发现改变成型密度和形状因子时的理论预估关系式具有普遍的适用性,仅改变材料成型密度或形状因子情况下的理论预估关系式是材料成型密度和材料形状因子两种影响因素都发生变化时的理论预估关系式的特例.
Static experiments were made for hollow cylindrical metallic rubber,and three conditions were considered,in which only density is variable,only shape factor is variable or both density and shape factor are variable,respectively.By parameter identification and curve fitting,prediction equations of constitutive relationship in the three conditions were constructed.The three prediction equations were compared.It was found that the prediction equation of constitutive relationship with variables of both density and shape factor had universal applicability.Prediction equations of constitutive relationship for the two conditions,in which only density is various,or only shape factor is various,were special cases for that of the condition in which density and shape factor are both various.
