采用计算流体动力学软件,研究悬臂式簧片哨喷嘴的几何形状对射流液片出口的速度、湍流强度等参数的影响.数值模拟研究结果表明:喷嘴内腔收缩角度和喷嘴狭缝的厚度对出口射流速度、液片形状和湍流强度有着显著影响,收缩角度在15°~30°角度时,可获得较大的射流速度,且湍流的强度较小,射流中心轴线上无湍流涡旋形成,自由边界层内产生两串反向涡旋,对簧片振动产生作用力,并影响簧片振动发声.
Using computational fluid dynamics(CFD) software,the effect of nozzle geometry in cantilever reed whistle on parameters such as velocity and turbulence intensity are calculated.Numerical simulation results showed that the nozzle contraction angle and slit thickness have significant influence on export jet velocity,the shape of liquid piece and turbulence intensity.From 15° to 30° of angle contraction the larger jet velocity is obtained,the turbulence intensity become lesser and jet center axis isn't formed vortex.But within free boundary two strings become reverse vortex,which influence on vibration force and vibration voice.
