基于Mie散射理论推导了分散相尺寸及其分布计算方程,并以聚丙烯/聚苯乙烯共混物为代表,计算了其分散相颗粒尺度演变规律。计算结果表明,聚丙烯/聚苯乙烯共混体系的相结构演变主要发生在混炼的前3min之内,之后在剪切力和界面张力作用下,达到动态平衡,这一计算结果也表明了所推导的计算方程可以有效地描述相态演变规律;同时,将相态演变过程看作是生灭过程,对相结构演变进行了理论模拟和预报,模拟的结果与基于Mie散射计算的结果是一致的,表明所推导的动力学方程一定程度上可以准确预报相态演变规律。
The calculation formula of phase dimension and related distribution were deduced based on Mie scattering theory and employed for polypropylene/polystyrene blends, as an example. The calculation results show that, the development of phase morphology madly occurs within the first 3 min and later approaches a dynamic equilibrium under the shearing tress and interfacial tension. Further, this result indicates that the calculation formula is effective to describe the phase dimension. Meanwhile, regarding the development of phase morphology as a birth-death process, the phase morphology development is simulated and those simulation results is according to that of Mie calculation, indicating that it is effective to forecast the phase morphology to some extend.
