目的:考察六味地黄浓缩丸中多糖含量的厂间一致性与批间稳定性,了解当前国内市场上销售的浓缩六味地黄丸生产的质量状态。方法:应用苯酚一硫酸比色法对5个厂家11批次的六味地黄浓缩丸的多糖含量进行测定。结果:5个厂家11批次的六味地黄浓缩丸中,多糖含量为27.40%~33.64%;同一厂家不同批号间多糖含量无显著差异(P〉0.5);A厂与E厂间多糖含量无显著差异外,其余厂家间均有显著差异。结论:同一厂家生产的六味地黄浓缩丸多糖含量批问稳定性好,不同厂家的六味地黄浓缩丸中多糖含量一致性较差。

英文摘要:

Objective is to present the quality situation of the Liuwei Dihuang Pills products m the market, anti the author has investigated the content uniformity and stability of the polysaccharides among various batches from dif- ferent manufacturers. Methods are Using Phenol - sulfuric Method to determine the content of polysaccharides in the Liuwei Dihuang Pills among the total eleven batches from three manufacturers. Results show that the range of the pills' polysaccharides content was from 27.40% to 33.64%. The polysaccharides content of Liuwei Dihuang Pills from five different factories was in the range of 27.40% - 33.64%. The content has no differences in the pills among different batches from the same factory ( P 〉 0.5 ), but there was significant difference in pills from different manufacturers, except that no difference was observed in the content of polysaccharides in Liuwei Dihuang Pills between manufacturer A and E. We get the conclusions that the stability of the content of polysaccharides in Liuwei Dihuang Pills among hatches from the same manufacturer was good while the content of polysaccharides was obviously different in Liuwei Dihuang Pills from the different manufacturers.
