对徽州地区村镇近年来新建典型住宅的外围护结构关键热工参数进行计算,结果显示当地新建典型住宅不能够满足相关节能设计标准的规定.根据当地气候、资源、经济技术等条件,对典型住宅外围护结构的屋顶、外墙、外窗部位的节能技术改进进行探讨.以典型住宅为基准住宅,采用正交试验设计方法对不同外围护结构体系进行组合,运用DesignBuilder建筑能耗模拟软件对不同外围护结构体系组合方案的冷、热负荷分别进行模拟计算,以负荷节能值与室内平均温度两个指标综合判定不同组合体系方案的改进效果,最终确定适宜于当地村镇住宅的外围护结构组合体系优化方案.
The key thermal parameters of the envelope of a typical residential building built recently in rural area in Huizhou are calculated.The analysis result shows the typical residential building cannot meet the requirement of relative energy efficiency design standards. Based on the climate, resources, local economy and technology level, the energy efficient design of the building envelope including roof, external wall and window are explored. The heating/cooling load with different envelope systems combined by the orthogonal experiment method is analyzed relatively using DesignBuilder. The optimal envelope system is obtained based on the evaluation of energy efficiency, comparing with the thermal load of the original typi-cal building and the average indoor temperature.
