该文将双层决策(bi-level programming,BLP)模型应用于含多个微电网的主动配电系统中,上层为配网层,下层为微网层;引入主动配电系统和微网的备用容量机制,将其作为新概念并结合整个系统的运行行为分析应用到互动备用博弈矩阵中,用来描述微网之间的合作关系以及微网层对配网层产生的支持作用;最后采用基于结构编码的递阶遗传算法根据不同场景对模型求解。结果证明,该模型能够为系统的各种调度情况提供参考,达到提高配电可靠性、提升环境效益以及改善用电质量的多重效果,并可为进一步研究主动配电系统的经济运行奠定基础,为主动配电系统的应用和扩展提供有益的理论参考。
This paper employed a bi-level programmingbased model to the active distribution system(ADS) including muti-microgrids. The upper level stood for distribution network layer and the lower level stood for microgrid layer. ADS and the reserve capacity scheme of microgrid were applied to an interactive backup-based game matrix with the analysis of system operation behavior in order to elaborate the cooperation of microgrid layer. They played a supporting role in distribution network layer. This paper used hierarchical genetic algorithm to solve a multi-scenario-based problem with this model. The results show that the model can provide reference for a variety of dispatch situation and achieve multi-effects where distribution system reliability is enhanced, environmental benefit is increased and power quality is improved. The model lays the foundation for further research on economical operation of ADS and provides a helpful theoretical reference for the application and expansion of ADS.
