综述了近年来国内外压电陶瓷材料的最新研究进展,对于在生产实践中所采取的一系列压电陶瓷改性措施,包括沉淀法、溶盐法、溶胶-凝胶法及水热法等的优缺点作了比较,强调了低温烧结的优越性,特别指出它们在含铅的锆钛酸铅(PZT)压电陶瓷与不舍铅的铋层压电陶瓷和不合铅的钙钛矿型压电陶瓷制备中的重要作用;最后,简要介绍了压电陶瓷一些重要的新应用。
This paper summarizes the lastest development of piezoelectric ceramic materials both at home and abroad in recent years, and a series of improvements for production practice are proposed, including chemical coprecipitation, solution technique, sol - gel and hydro - thermal and so on. Superiorities of low temperature sinter are emphasized by compare advantage and disadvantage of these methods. Their important functions in the piezoelectric ceramic of PZT with lead, the lead - free piezoelectric ceramic with bismuth layer - structured and the lead - free piezoelectric ceramic with perovskite - structured are especially pointed out. In addition, some important new applications of piezoelectric ceramic are introduced.
