研究了一种发泡硅胶基底的分布式光纤布里渊光散射油敏传感器,可在分钟量级发现小规模漏油事件,可用于长距离输油管线、油库等场所的漏油实时监测。将光纤埋敷于油敏材料中沿模拟输油管线铺设,用布里渊光时域分析仪(BOTDA)实时监测光纤中布里渊频移,可快速发现并定位漏油事件。实验证明了该技术的可行性,能够在20 min内准确定位小规模漏油事件。
A distributed optical fiber oil-sensitive sensor based on Brillouin light scattering was developed,and small-scale oil leakage can be found using it. It can be used mainly for the real-time monitoring of the small-scale oil leakage of long-distance oil pipeline, oil depots and other places. Optical fiber is embedded in oil sensitive material and laid along the simulated oil pipeline, and oil leakage can be quickly found and located by real-time monitoring Brillouin frequency shift in optical fiber using Brillouin optical time-domain analy- zer (BOTDA). Experimental results show that the technology is feasible, small-scale oil leakage can accurately be located in 20 mi- nutes.
