目的 研究中药云木香的化学成分。方法 用质量分数为95%的乙醇对云木香进行回流提取,回收乙醇,所得浸膏用水混悬,依次用等体积的石油醚(30~60℃)、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取。然后利用各种柱色谱及HPLC等方法对氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取物进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据(^1H-NMR,^13C-NMR和MS)进行结构鉴定。结果 得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为二氢-α--环木香烯内酯(1)、8,8'-二羟基松脂素(2)、甲基-α-D-呋喃果糖苷(3)、丁二酸(4)、β-谷甾醇(5)、胡萝卜苷(6)。结论 化合物1为新天然产物,化合物2~4为首次从该属植物中分得。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Saussurea lappa. Methods The roots of Saussurea lappa were extracted with 95 % ethanol under reflux. The alcoholic extract was concentrated and successively partitioned with petroleum ether(30-60℃ ), CHCl3, AeOEt and n-BuOH. The compounds were isolated from the extraction of CHCl3, AcOEt and n-BuOH by column chromatography on silica gel, Diaion 101, Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC. Their structures were determined on the basis of physicoehemical properties and spectroscopic methods such as ^1H-NMR, ^13C-NMR and MS. Results Six compounds were identified as dihydro-α-eyelocostunolide (1), 8, 8'-dihydroxypinoresinol (2), methyl-α-D-fruetofuranoside (3), sueeinie acid (4),β-sitosterol (5), daucosterol (6), respectively. Conclusions Compound 1 is a new natural product. Compounds 2, 3 and 4 are obtained from the Saussurea genus for the first time.
