英文摘要：

China＇s agricultural development faces all kinds of challenges from low agrotechnical level, weak foundation, the imperfection social service system and the starting of agricultural industrialization. The introduction of foreign intellects is significant in driving agricultural modernization. Research on the role of foreign intellects introduction in the development of modern agriculture has both lzheoretical value and practical meaning. The paper adopted case study to prove that the introduction of foreign intellects has a driving force in improving productivity, accelerating the adjustment of agricultural structure and the process of industrialization, and promoting sustainable agricultural development. The conclusion is that China should continue to enlarge the coverage of foreign intellects introduction, and combine it with independent innovation. The priority would be increasing the transformation efficiency and beneficiaries of foreign intellects introduction＇s achievements.
