2008年以来，中国经济增速明显放缓。很多学者认为，中国这一轮的经济增长速度放缓是结构性减速。该文从高投资不可持续、人口老龄化、产业结构服务业化、技术进步放缓和资源环境约束增强等五个方面分析了引起本轮中国经济增长速度放缓的结构性原因，并就应当如何提高中国经济增长速度提出了相应的政策建议。文章认为，尽管目前中国经济发展面临结构性减速，但是如果采取有针对性的结构性改革措施，在未来一段时间，中国的经济增长速度仍然有可能维持中高速的水平。

英文摘要：

China＇s economic growth rate has dropped significantly since 2008. Many scholars point out this round of slowing down is structural decelerating. The paper analyzes the reasons of the structural decelerating from five aspects： the unstainable high-level at investment, the aging of population, industrial structural transformation toward services, the slowing of technical advancement, the strengthening of resources and environmental restriction. The：paper puts forward relevant suggestions on boosting growth rate＇ as well. Though facing structural decelerating, China＇s growth rate may maintain a relatively high level in the near future, if corresponding structural reform is carried out.
