基于FBG的切削力测量装置设计与分析

中文摘要:

在分析光纤光栅(FBG)应变传感器原理的基础上,结合切削力测量特点,提出将FBG应用于切削力测量,设计了八角环结构的切削测力装置并对结构进行受力分析。利用FBG传感器测量八角环弹性体应变,构建了切削力测量系统,并进行了不同切削用量切削试验。实验结果表明,所提出的基于FBG的切削力测量方法可行,结构可靠。

英文摘要:

Principle of fiber brag grating(FBG) strain sensors was analyzed.Combined with the characteristics of cutting force measurement,FBG sensors were used to measure cutting force.A cutting force measurement device in octagonal ring structure was designed and its structural force was investigated.The elastic strain of octagonal ring was measured by FBG sensor.The cutting force measurement system was then constructed.And machining tests were performed at different cutting parameters.The obtained results show that the proposed method is feasible and the structure is reliable.
