零被引是一种普遍的学术现象,关于零被引论文成因及影响因素,目前仍存在着种种争议和推测,有待进一步检验和发掘。文章以中国知网收录的情报学期刊论文为样本数据,基于零被引与高被引论文的比较,分别从文献来源、论文作者、论文主题3个方面探索零被引现象的成因,以及论文被引频次的影响因素。结果表明：论文的可见度和可获得性、作者的影响力、论文合著者数量,以及论文选题是否新颖和热门等因素,均对论文被引频次产生不同程度的影响。

英文摘要：

Uncitedness is a general academic phenomenon. There are a variety of dispute and speculation about the causes and influencing factors of uncitedness paper,which need to be further examined and explored. Taking CNKI papers in the field of information science as sample,based on the comparison of un-cited and highly cited papers,this paper explores the causes and influencing factors of uncitedness,respectively from the 3 aspects of sources,authors and topics. The paper finds that those factors,including visibility and availability of papers,prestige and number of authors,as well as topics of papers,all have varying degrees of impact to the citation frequency of papers.
