Based on the game theory, under the circumstance that the 3PL and the retailer have no knowledge on the unit production cost, a three - echelon supply chain considering logistics outsourcing model is built. The be- haviors of the manufacture＇ s misreporting and the impacts of these behaviors on supply chain members＇ decision and operation when the retailer is the leader in manufacturing and retail industries is mainly studied. The research show that the manufacture will not misreport her production cost when she is the leader, and at the same time the more service fee the retailer bears the more the supply chain member and the system could profit. However, when the retailer is the leader, the manufacture will overstate her production cost which lowers the efficiency of the supply chain.
