提出一种基于全相位遍历机制FIR滤波技术实现光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)波长信息精确提取方案。系统在数字时钟控制下产生锯齿波电压对可调谐Fabry-Perot(FP)滤波器进行扫描,结合虚拟仪器(Ⅵ)技术,数据采集卡在同步时钟控制下实时读取FBG波长数据,并利用Matlab对采集的数据进行离线全相位滤波处理。实验结果表明,经全相位滤波后的高频噪声得到有效抑制,谱线的连续性明显增强,系统对谱线定位精度得以提高;系统扫描范围在1520-1560nm间,扫描频率为1.5Hz,波长分辨率可达2pm以下。
A wavelength readout scheme for fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensors based on all phase trav ersal FIR filter technique is proposed. The tunable Fabry-Perot (FP) filter is scanned with the ramp voltage generated by the system internal digital clock. Combined with the virtual instrument, the wave lengths of FBGs are sampled with the data acquisition card in real time under the control of synchronous clock. The data sequence is filtered off-line by all phase filter with the help of Matlab. By comparing the reflective spectra of the FBG array before and after filtering in the time domain as well as the FFT domain, we can see that the continuity of spectra is enhanced and the positioning accuracy of spectral line is improved obviously. Meanwhile, the high frequency noise is effectively restrained. The system has a reso lution of better than 2 pm over a dynamic range of 1 520-1 560 nm,with the scanning rate of 1.5 Hz.
