针对区域创新体系建设和区域内知识创新主体的作用发挥效果等问题,本文选取了广东、浙江、辽宁及四川4个省区及省区内高校作为研究对象,以我国2000~2010年这些区域的相关专利数据为研究样本,通过对不同区域环境因素的分析及区域创新能力与高校创新活动之间的相关性研究,发现典型区域内高校相关学科发展与区域支柱性产业之间有较明显的相关性,同时,得到高校创新与区域发展之间存在较高相关性等结论。最后,根据本研究相关结论为实现高校与区域的协同创新发展提供了针对性的政策建议。

英文摘要：

For issues about the building of regional inhovation system and the actual role of knowledge inno- vation subjects in the region, this article selects Guangdong Province, Zhejiang Province, Liaoning Province, Sichuan Province and universities in these regions as research objects and takes the 2000- 2010 related patent data of these regions as study samples. Through the analysis of different regional environmental factors and the study of the correlation between innovative activities of universities and regional innovation capability, we find that there is an obvious correlation between related discipline development of universities and pillar industries in typical regions, and conclude that university inno- vation is highly related to regional development. Finally, based on related conclusions, some specific policy recommendations are put forward to realize the synergistic innovation and development between universities and regions.
