利用硬度测试和X射线衍射(XRD)及透射电镜(TEM)研究了Al-Cu合金θ''析出相在等径角挤压(ECAP)变形过程中的变化规律及其对合金力学性能的影响.研究发现在ECAP挤压过程中,析出相先是与基体失去位向关系,而后从析出相内部不断产生位错使析出相破碎和回溶.析出相的回溶引起的强化作用减小对合金的硬度影响不大,但对晶粒细化有延迟作用.
The change of θ' precipitates and its effect on mechanical properties of Al-Cu alloy associated with equalchannel angular pressing were studied by hardness measurement, X-ray diffraction pattern analysis(XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) observation. It is shown that the precipitates firstly lose the orientation relationships with matrix, then the dislocations generating from inside of precipitates make the precipitates refinement and dissolution. The dissolution of precipitates has no obvious influence on the hardness of alloy, but can retard the grain refinement.
