肠道不仅是营养物质消化吸收的主要器官,也是机体最大的免疫器官。蛋白质是生命活动的执行者,肠道功能的改变通常伴随着蛋白质表达、修饰或稳定性的改变。近年来,随着蛋白质组学技术的蓬勃发展,蛋白质组学在动物科学领域被广泛应用。本文主要围绕应激和某些疾病状态下猪肠道差异蛋白质表达的研究进展进行简要阐述。

Gut is the major organ of nutrient digestion and absorption and also the body＇s largest immune organ.Proteins are main executors in the life processes,and the change of the intestinal functions is usually accompanied by the change of protein expression,modification or stability.In recent years,with the rapid development of proteomics technology,proteomics has been widely used in the field of animal science.This paper mainly focused on the research advances on intestinal differential protein expression of pigs under stress and some diseases.
