邻苯二甲酸酯(Phthalic acid esters,PAEs)是一类重要的全球性有机污染物,具有环境雌激素效应、生物累积和放大效应,可通过食物链对人体健康造成损害。当前环境PAEs污染问题普遍存在,其在环境介质中的含量已经成为评估环境污染程度的一项重要指标。该文在国内外众多学者研究的基础上,综述了色谱法、色谱-质谱连用法、分光光度法、化学发光免疫分析法等各种方法在不同介质内PAEs检测过程中的优缺点,并对其发展趋势进行了展望,提出便捷、高通量的前处理技术、高分辨率的多级串联质谱以及色谱-质谱连用技术是未来PAEs检测方法的发展方向。
Phthalic acid esters(PAEs)is a kind of important global organic pollutant,which has the effect of environmental estrogen,biological accumulation and amplification.It can cause damage to human health via the food chain.The current environment-PAEs pollution problems generally existed,and its content in the environmental media have become an important indicator to assess the degree of environmental pollution.Based on the study of many scholars at home and abroad,this study summarized the chromatography,chromatography mass spectrometry,spectrophotometry and chemiluminescence immune analysis methods in different media-PAEs detection and their advantages and disadvantages,analyzed theirs development prospect.The development direction of the future detection methods was put forward,which was convenient-high throughput pre-processing technology,high resolution tandem mass spectrometry and chromatography mass spectrometry.
