目的 综述近20年来拟除虫菊酯类农药的土壤生态毒理学研究进展,为进一步深入研究拟除虫菊酯类农药的土壤生态毒理学奠定基础。方法 根据已报道的针对拟除虫菊酯类农药的土壤生态毒理学研究的相关文献47篇,按照土壤微生物、土壤原生动物、土壤无脊椎动物及植物毒理学四个方面进行了总结和分类综述。结果 拟除虫菊酯类农药是一类广泛应用于农作物和卫生害虫防治的低毒、高效杀虫剂,已有的生态毒理学研究表明其对土壤生态系统中典型生物体均具有一定的生态毒性。结论 随着拟除虫菊酯类农药的大量生产和使用,由其引起的土壤环境问题将越来越受重视,拟除虫菊酯类农药的土壤生态毒理学研究将不断深入。
Objective To summarize the research advances on soil ecotoxicology of the pyrethroid pesticides in recent twenty years in order to lay a foundation for the further research of the soil ecotoxicology of pyre- throids. Methods The research results reported in relative literatures on soil microbes toxicology, soil proto- zoa toxicology,terrestrial invertebrates and plants toxicology of the pyrethroid pesticides were summarized and reviewed. Results Pyrethroids, a kind of insecticides with low toxicity and high selectivity, was widely u- tilized in controlling the crop and hygiene pests. The reported literatures showed that pyrethroid pesticides can bring ecotoxicity to the representative organisms in soil ecosystem. Conclusions With the mass produc- tion and wide utilization of pyrethroid pesticides, the soil environmental problems will become more serious and be paid more attention to, and the further researches on soil ecotoxicology will be done.
